Shipping policy

At FabBloom, we take pride in ensuring that every order is handled with care and delivered to you as smoothly as possible. 

Order Processing

All purchases are processed within two to three business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (India)

For customers within India, domestic shipping is available nationwide. Delivery times generally range from five to seven business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We ship across India.

Standard Shipping:  flat rate calculated based on location

Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹3000.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we ship worldwide with trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by destination but typically fall between seven to fourteen business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. 

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. FABBLOOM is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link in your email.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details. Please note:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Jewellery & Fragile Items

All jewellery and delicate textile pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at info@fabbloom.com.

Delays & Exceptions

FABBLOOM is not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Remote or restricted pin codes may experience longer delivery times.
